Communication was excellent throughout the entire process! Packaging was insanely great, 10/10 experience for sure!

The warranty work and process was super easy and the work done was amazing, sent in a old phoenix folder that needed to be re sharpened and cleaned and they did a phenomenal job on it, I couldn’t recommend toor knives enough!

These guys are always on point. Gary was excellent in assisting me with my needs and got me taken care of with quality and punctuality. Got my blade freshened up good as new after some wear and tear.

Excellent customer service. I messed up the bevel on my knife and they got it repaired and back to me extremely fast.

So far everything has been great I am still waiting for the warranty information to arrive at my house but Gary who i have been talking with has been awesome he is very friendly quick to answer questions and help resolve any issues I may be having he is a great asset to your company

I sent my blade back for warranty…refresh the coating and re-sharpening. Amazing work!!! The blade looks brand new again.

Extremely well built blades and they all look badass. These dudes care about their clients. The customer service is outstanding. I broke a tip off one of my blades I shipped it out and got it repaired and back to me in a week. No charge. They are the real deal. Just buy a knife from them and stop f*%#ing around….
