The Civilware by Geoff Rowley and Toor Knives partnership brings together two brands built around experience, performance, and a shared belief that useful tools must prove themselves through real work. Geoff’s background as a professional skateboarder, lifelong outdoorsman, hunter, guide, conservation advocate, and product designer gives Civilware a perspective shaped by decades of commitment, testing, and time spent in demanding environments.

By combining Geoff’s outdoor knowledge and product development insight with Connor Toor’s precision knife making experience and Toor’s American manufacturing capabilities, the partnership creates a direct connection between real world use, purposeful design, and U.S. production. Every product begins with a clearly defined job and is developed to deliver dependable performance without unnecessary features or compromise.

The first two blades produced by Toor for Civilware are the Petty, a capable culinary knife designed for everyday food preparation, and the Striker, an outdoor fixed blade inspired by the handmade knives of legendary houndsman Ben Lilly. Together, they represent the foundation of an ongoing collaboration built to create purpose-built tools for the kitchen, the field, and the job at hand.
