Great knife, sharp out of the box. Will be using it as my primary dive knife. Initially thought that the way the serrations were executed it wouldn't cut well but it works and I can sharpen the knife on a regular stone, unlike a true serrated edge that requires round shapeners.
3 star review strictly about aesthetics: sheath has some discoloring right out of the box next to where the knife scales would be. knife handle's scale screw holes were not reamed and have fibers sticking out. This is a gift, so is kind of disappointing in that aspect.

just a fantastic Arkansas toothpick, I’ve only opened canned tuna with it but I’m confident we could challenge a piranha. Seriously, a well built blade, I agree with others the kydex sheath design could be better. Maybe that’s by design for the real divers and not the splashers like myself. When it comes to tools, buy once…cry once.

This is my third toor knife and as per usual the quality and overall design is unmatched. The lightweight nature and treatment on the blade has no competition in the market. Buy American and buy Toor.
This blade exceeded my expectations. I'm probably not the targeted demographic (farmer) but this blade has been great on the farm. So far has cut through everything I have thrown at it and the retention system is great. I needed something that would hold up in wet conditions. I'll be back for more and even better getting to support a local company.

This is definitely a quality made knife, the blade is sharp and well balanced. My only issue is the handle size, it’s far too small for my hands especially when diving.

I’ve not stabbed a human, and pray I never have to, but have stabbed some feral hogs and the archery target is the closest thing I’ve found. Just make sure you stab it with a Toor Knife!

3rd knife from Toor. This knife screams “buy me!” The packaging, fit and finish, and materials are all superb. However, I do not understand the cutouts on the blade edge. Everything I read says it is to be used as a saw but it gets hung up on whatever you are trying to saw as the inside of the cuts are not sharp - someone just simply drilled out 3 holes in the edge of the blade. If you stab something and the blade goes past one of these cutouts, it can get hung up very easily. It is not a useable blade because of this and I will need to figure out a way to fix this. I much prefer serrations, or a straight edge, over 3 holes drilled into the blade edge. This is a terrible design. I cannot imagine having to cut up a net underwater with this and the 3 drill holes in the blade edge getting hung up on every little fiber. No one buys a knife to use as a saw - scoring and notching maybe and those features would be on the spine…. If anyone from Toor is reading this please send me a reasoning/philosophy of use for these 3 drill outs. The knife is held in place by friction on the blade and there is no kydex “snap” around that portion of the handle. I have read this may be intentional for a quiet draw, but I do not believe it to be a good design. You want to feel that pop (it can be very quiet) as you thumb ramp the knife out of that kydex sheath.
