Just when you thought we were hitting the doldrums of Spring, we’re pleased to announce the Signature Series collaboration between Toor Knives and Skallywag Tactical continues with the Fathom!

Another iconic knife that combines Toor’s premium bladesmithing capabilities with Skallywag’s combative and application competence, the Limited Edition Fathom was designed and built with precision and practicality to tackle jobs reserved for heavy blades. With an overall length of 11.5" and weight of 12.2 oz., the Fathom isn’t for Landlubbers! This unique, state-of-the-art knife combines aspects of traditional Wharncliffe, Sheepsfoot and Drop Point blade shapes and is made from D2 steel, which has high wear and abrasion resistant properties.

Depending on the colorway chosen, the Fathom features either G10 or ebony handles. The textured scales, combined with our signature thumb jimping, allow the knife to sit ultra-comfortably in hand, providing sound peace of mind. Lastly, the 0.25" blade thickness gives you a sturdy and reliable tool that will perform tough tasks admirably in even the most challenging conditions. Savvy?

Made entirely here in San Diego, CA by the skilled and talented Toor Manufacturing team, the Fathom is incredibly solid and robust, and each one includes a Black FlexTech KYDEX® sheath.

I believe I now own every fixed blade they sell, They are the BEST knives I’ve ever owned they are fantastic and have NEVER let me down in any situation. I can not say enough about these except if you are looking for a great blade any blade this company sells will not let you down.

At 11.5" overall, this is one of the longest Toor fixed blade knives. It has a robust full tang with a .25" thick 6.5" blade of black coated D2 steel. The Gan Green G10 handle is sturdy and fits my large hand well. It is well balanced at 12.2 oz. This knife can handle any task given it. The Flex Tech Kydex sheath is also perfect. In short, great engineering, workmanship and materials. What more can be said?

I was able to cut a fresh coconut open with ease and after I was still able to shave my arm hairs off this knife fucks

I like big, heavy knives...this is a big heavy knife! It is Toor quality and will be a great utility tool.

Didn't have the same level of polish as some of their other knives. I assume it was just an older model they were trying to get rid of. Still pretty solid I guess.
