Serpent S Kydex Sheath - Black
Description
Based on customer requests, we’re now offering our standard KYDEX® sheath for those who are looking for a replacement or additional sheath.
With over 6 lbs. of draw retention, this sheath is the same colorway that comes standard with each blade and can be used as your full-time carry system or mounted to your favorite piece of gear.
This sheath is for the Serpent S only and please allow for approximately 100-200 blade draws for a comfortable break-in period.
All aftermarket sheaths are molded to spec, with slight deviations, so please use the retention screw to adjust fit.
**Sheath Only**
**Compatible with all Toor mounts**
Toor knives are bad ass
This is an excellent edc knife with its sleek design, despite being a fixed blade. The sheath is very quiet and innovative. The blade came razor sharp and the knife has been a great addition to the arsenal. One suggestion is use lock tight on the hardware once tension has been adjusted to preference
I purchased this for my stepson for his deployment. I got to fondle the knife a little bit. I really like it. I think I will eventually buy myself one.
I’ve been into Knives my entire life. I’ve been collecting higher end knives for the last few years and when I discovered Toor and saw their craftsmanship, I was pleasantly surprised. A lot of knife makers in the same price point don’t do the fit and finish like these guys do. Their knives are top-tier.
Five stars. This knife isn't just a tool; it's a lifestyle. Before, I was just a guy who occasionally went camping. Now? I'm practically Bear Grylls... if Bear Grylls spent most of his time indoors ordering takeout and sharpening his knife while watching survival shows.
This thing is built like a tank. I'm pretty sure you could use it to pry open the gates of Valhalla. The blade is so sharp, it could probably shave Sasquatch. I haven't tried, but I'm confident it could handle even the hairiest cryptid.
I tested it out in my backyard (the wilderness is a bit...overrated, frankly). It sliced through rope like it was butter, whittled a perfectly acceptable pointy stick (for...reasons), and even helped me open a particularly stubborn package of trail mix. My neighbors definitely think I'm prepping for something. They're probably right. (But it's actually just for my late night snack stash)
The grip is fantastic. I could hold onto this thing while scaling Mount Everest... or at least while vigorously shaking a can of spray paint. It feels secure in my hand, like it's whispering, "Don't worry, I got you." Which is nice, because my confidence in my own survival skills is... let's just say it's a work in progress.
It even comes with a sheath that's so tactical, it makes me want to wear cargo pants and start speaking in military jargon. I haven't done that...yet. But I did practice quick-drawing it in the mirror for a solid half-hour.
My only gripe is the price, it's a little bit expensive. I got a good black Friday sale on top of a military discount, however I feel that the final price I paid should be the normal price of the knife. Does it ACTUALLY cost $300 to make each blade?
I really like this knife, it’s as good as my Benchmade SOCP, fit and finish is quality. The ring is perfectly sized to accommodate large fingers and the sheath is snug. I’m just waiting on the attachment clip for the sheath to start carrying this knife. Overall really satisfied with this knife and I’m waiting for the Serpent T(tanto) in black to drop to buy that one next.
