Introducing the Toor Knives Egress, the ultimate tool for those who put everything on the line so that others may live! This knife was born out of a need for a reliable and versatile search and rescue blade. Our team drew on their extensive experience in the military with Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) school, as well as first responder career fields to create the perfect tool for the job.

Crafted with hard use in mind, the Egress features a CPM S35VN blade, which is an extremely durable and wear-resistant steel. This is vital for search and rescue, where the blade may need to be used for extended periods of time and in a variety of challenging conditions. CPM S35VN steel has excellent corrosion resistance, making it ideal for use in marine environments or other situations where the blade may be exposed to moisture. At a 0.25” thick, the blade is sturdy and robust enough to handle heavy-duty cutting and prying tasks, such as sawing or cutting with the SERE Hook, as well as breaking through tough materials in an emergency with a new, larger 0.25” diameter tungsten carbide Breacher Ball™ on the pommel.

It's a very good tool

it's a very good tool. Appears to be extremely well-made, but of course time and usage will tell. It's pricey for what it is, and part of the reason is probably in the very fancy packaging, which is meaningless to its purpose. But I suppose it makes people feel better about their purchase. Overall good kit, I might be back for another later this year.

Great quality overall. Edges are correct, grips are well-fitted, sheath is unremarkable but fine. Overall impression is one of a very solid tool you can count on when lives are on the line.

Great USAR blade

This knife is amazing. It has great weight balance, as well as having the additional cutout for the rope/seatbelt cutter is a nice bonus. Just an all-around great knife.

EGRESS: the act or way of leaving a place. It fills these shoes like no other. Whether you need to pry up a manhole cover, remove Flexcuffs or bust out a window on the “Beast”, this is the tool. The only CON is that is too big to fit in my prison wallet.

Thick Lad! This thing has eaten every task I've thrown at it. Sturdy as hell. Made in the USA to boot! Best purchase I've made in a while. Will be buying another Toor in a few more paychecks.

Excellent knife, Toor Knives rules! I wanted a knife that had a heavy spine for camp utility work that was portable and the added serrated hook to cut 550 cord, straps, etc makes this knife even more badass.

Cutting, ripping, prying, digging, whatever you need to do, Egress will do it.
