The Bateman carries forward the low-profile intent of Toor’s original Kingpin fixed blade, a slim tool designed for reconnaissance-style carry where concealment, fast access, and minimal interference with gear mattered. The Bateman takes that same mission-driven DNA and brings it into a folding format built for modern EDC, tactical professionals, field use, and anyone who expects more from what they carry.
The difference starts with the frame.
Traditional folder construction often depends on multiple frame pieces, additional fastening points, and extra hardware. That can add weight and complexity. TwinFrame™ takes a cleaner approach. By reducing the knife to a two-piece engineered structure, Toor created a stronger, more rigid folding platform with fewer opportunities for failure.
The material choices are just as intentional. The Bateman is precision-machined from aerospace-grade 6061 ATP aluminum, giving it excellent strength without unnecessary weight. The blade is built from MagnaCut steel, selected for its balance of toughness, edge retention, and corrosion resistance. Titanium hardware and a titanium clip help keep the build durable and lightweight, while the crossbar lock provides fast, confident lockup.

The Bateman is available in Cobalt, Onyx, and Gold. Cobalt brings a sharp technical feel, Onyx keeps the profile dark and controlled, and Gold adds a little extra confidence without asking permission first.
