About Toor Corporation 

Toor Corporation designs, manufactures, and grows premium American brands across the outdoor, tactical, hunting, culinary, and EDC industries. Our portfolio includes Toor Knives, Skallywag Tactical, Civilware, Goat Tools, Sangin Knives, and other emerging brands. We are looking for an in-house Graphic Designer to help elevate our brands through exceptional visual storytelling. 

Position Summary 

Working under the Creative Director, the Graphic Designer will create compelling digital and print assets that support product launches, marketing campaigns, e-commerce, retail, and brand development. This role collaborates daily with marketing, product development, engineering, and leadership to produce world-class creative.

Key Responsibilities 

• Design digital marketing assets, website graphics, email campaigns, social media content, and advertisements. 
• Develop product packaging, catalogs, dealer materials, trade show graphics, and print collateral. 
• Support new product launches from concept through execution. 
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple consumer brands. 
• Prepare production ready artwork for vendors and manufacturers. 
• Organize digital asset libraries and creative files. 
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, marketers, and engineers. 
• Contribute ideas during campaign planning and creative development. 

Qualifications 

• 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience. 
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom. 
• Strong typography, layout, color, and branding skills. 
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and project management abilities. 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 
• Portfolio demonstrating both digital and print design. 

Preferred Experience 

Experience in consumer products, outdoor, tactical, sporting goods, manufacturing, lifestyle brands, e-commerce, or agency environments. 

Bonus Skills 

• Photography or product/lifestyle photo editing. 
• Videography, editing, motion graphics, or drone operation. 
• Brand or growth marketing experience. 
• Shopify, Klaviyo, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or AI creative tools. 
• Packaging design, UI/UX, or 3D rendering.
