We are looking for an in-house Graphic Designer to help elevate our brands through exceptional visual storytelling. 



Position Summary

The Wholesale Account Manager is responsible for growing and supporting an assigned portfolio of wholesale dealer accounts throughout North America. This role is focused on developing long term customer relationships, increasing dealer sales, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring every customer receives exceptional service and support.

The ideal candidate is an organized, relationship driven sales professional who enjoys spending time with customers, understanding their business, and helping them succeed. Success in this role is measured by account growth, customer retention, territory expansion, and the overall health of the assigned dealer network.

While the primary responsibility is managing and growing existing accounts, this position is also expected to identify and develop new dealer relationships within their territory.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of wholesale dealer accounts by building strong, long-term relationships and serving as each customer's primary point of contact.
  • Develop account specific growth strategies to increase sales, expand product assortment, and maximize long term dealer success.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, maintain consistent communication, and proactively identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
  • Identify, pursue, and develop new wholesale dealer relationships within assigned territories while supporting the successful onboarding of new accounts.
  • Assist dealers with inventory planning, stock replenishment, warranty and RMA coordination, and timely resolution of customer service issues.
  • Monitor dealer sales performance, inventory levels, and overall account health, taking proactive action to improve underperforming accounts.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, forecasting, and sales activity within CRM and ERP systems.
  • Travel regularly throughout assigned territories to visit customers, strengthen relationships, conduct product training, and represent Toor Corporation at trade shows and industry events.
  • Gather competitive market intelligence and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and improve the dealer experience.
  • Recruit, coordinate, and manage independent manufacturers' representatives within assigned territories when applicable, ensuring consistent territory coverage and account support.


Preferred Experience

  • 3–5+ years of experience in wholesale account management, territory sales, business development, or B2B sales.
  • Experience working with independent retailers, distributors, or dealer networks.
  • Experience as a manufacturers' representative or working with manufacturers' representative groups is highly preferred.
  • Experience in the Tactical, Outdoor, Hunting, Sporting Goods, Premium Consumer Products, or related industries is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success growing existing accounts while developing new business opportunities.


Compensation

Base Salary: $70,000–$90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Incentive Compensation:

  • Eligible for a performance-based bonus program tied to territory growth, account development, and company objectives.
